I really love this really moist cake, and am SHOCKED it calls for anything "boxed" because it doesn't taste like it! 1 pkg Dark Chocolate Cake Mix 1 (3.9oz) Instant Chocolate Pudding ( I use Chocolate Fudge) 16 oz Sour Cream 3 eggs 1/3 cup Veggie Oil 1/2 cup Kahlua 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips (or semi sweet if you prefer) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt Pan. Stir ingredients until well blended but don't over do. In my opinion once the eggs are added if you over beat/stir it can make the cake crumble and/or dry....but blend well. Fold in the Chocolate Chips after all the other ingredients are blended. This batter is THICK, so spoon into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until the cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool for 10 minutes then turn over on a wire rack. If you like you can dust with powdered sugar or cocoa powder. This is a killer cake for a box!

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies / Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
For Popparoc46: The oatmeal cookie recipe I use 2 cups flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt Mis above in small bowl, set aside In Larger bowl mix: 1 cup vegetable shortening 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs Mix the above with electric mixer until fluffy. Add flour mix to the shortening/sugars mix gradually, blending well To this add: 2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats Mix well. You may add in raisins, chocolate chips, nuts etc. at this point. Around 2 cups total of add-ins is about right. Form dough into 1-2 inch balls and place onto greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet about 1" apart. Flatten the dough balls slightly with your hands. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until bottoms are golden brown. Music by Kevin Mcleod/incompetech.com

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins... for Dessert! The ending
ejtaylor.usana.com Check out my free mailing list for recipes, fitness tips and much more. So the other day was my sister in law's birthday and since I offered to make dinner (yes, it went smashingly) I put this together in the morning So as with all of my videos here's what I did. Dry ingredients: 1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 cups sugar 3 Tsp Baking powder 1/2 Tsp salt 1 cup chocolate chips (use less if you want but not to much more) Sift all dry parts (it helps the final texture) and mix together, then form a well in the center. Wet ingredients: 1 1/4 cups of milk 1 egg 1/4 cups cooking oil (I used vegetable) 3 bananas (with brown spots on the skins, about a week old) mix all liquid parts together and then add to the dry parts. mix until moist but lumpy then fill muffin cups to 3/4 of the way full and back at 400 F for 20-25 minutes. test if done with toothpick.
